PURPOSE OF MR. MIKE'S NEIGHBORHOOD

A neighborhood organization is a group of homeowners and renters who organize to improve conditions in the neighborhood. When we start our neighborhood organization, the residents in our neighborhood will get a chance to decide what needs to be done and work together to make it happen.  A group that represents the community will have the stability, credibility, and political clout to be an effective force for a better neighborhood.

 

MISSION STATEMENT

The purposes and goals of the Organization shall be to protect and promote the best

interests of the residents of Lafayette Place Mobile Home Park:

 ● to preserve & promote the Park as a desirable neighborhood place to live.

 ● to maintain the integrity, aesthetics and residential character of the Park.

 ● to encourage people to maintain their homes and property.

 ● to provide assistance of unresolved issues.

 ● to prevent crime and destructive acts.

 ● to promote and encourage neighborliness and community spirit.

 ● to be a bridge between, and cooperate with Sun Communities and Management for the general welfare of  the entire community of Lafayette Place Mobile Home Park.
